We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and retain certain information.

These parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

For legal reasons: We may disclose your information where required to do so by law, in response to valid legal requests, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Indie Brew Systems, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will retain your data for up to 30 days to allow for data export, and then delete or anonymize it, unless we are required by law to retain it longer. Order records may be retained for up to 7 years for accounting and tax compliance purposes.
